PROJECT: I collaborated with Mongabay to develop a visual style for their ongoing explainer series — a project that dives into complex, global topics ranging from environmental crime and climate policy to wildlife science and sustainable solutions. The challenge: craft a look that’s tonally flexible and visually engaging across a wide range of themes.

We landed on a style that feels tactile, accessible, and grounded — drawing from hand-drawn textures, paper cutouts, and collage elements. This direction helps bring clarity and warmth to each episode without feeling too polished or overly whimsical. The result is a visual language that supports both storytelling and education, while staying fresh and adaptable for future content.
