PROJECT: Squarespace wanted to showcase how author Esmé Weijun Wang has used the online platform to create a community connecting writers living with disabilities. "The Unexpected Shape Community" offers numerous courses and materials supporting and encouraging members to pursue their goals and dreams. The "unexpected organic shapes" were used as a metaphor to convey the constraints and new undefined ways of cultivating creativity.
